An idiot's guide on how to overthink. Life is a Story - story.one

Overthinking is not only the act of permanently thinking about possible events and their outcomes, replaying each and every worst case scenario. Sometimes we get used to overthink our own choices, actions, behavior and even thoughts themselves. Your mind permanently ready to question what would have happened, what will happen if... Whether this happens because we are lost in hope or love or regret, we can spend nights, days and even lifes letting our imagination play out alternative decisions that might change our lifes. This book is about these bothering thoughts that wont leave us, until we seriously accept that nothing will change our lifes, except change itself. It's also a ceremony for my mind, publishing the most time consuming activity a life can hold - (over)thinking.
