Apollonia am Rhyndakos

This volume is the first comprehensive compilation of literary, epigraphic, numismatic and archaeological evidence relating to the ancient city of Apollonia on the Rhyndakos in Mysia, from antiquity to the Byzantine period. Providing new insights into the history, cult practices and urban development of a city that has received little attention to date, this overview makes an important contribution to regional research in northwestern Asia Minor.
