AuditiveCoaching© Coaching with Music, Sound and Song

This book is an introduction to new coaching methods anchored in ancient roots called AuditiveCoaching©. It means coaching with music, sounds and vocals and we shall refer to it as ‘AC’ from here on. Our external circumstances are noticeably changing ever more rapidly – a natural phenomenon because life itself changes. And because we have the ability to keep abreast of these changes, we still exist or we would have long been extinct as a species. But never before has there been such a rapid advancement in technological and social developments we have to keep up with. Rising numbers of psychological stress disorders show that this is not an easy task. The battle for alleged job security, for wage equality, the competitiveness as well as the sense of duty demanded of people, pushes them into a new dimension they find overwhelming. Correspondingly, the number of coaches offering their services is on the rise. The search for new means and decisions to conduct a conscious and mindful lifestyle is becoming apparent. The objective of this book is to introduce and explain the inexhaustible resources of music, sounds and the voice to the reader. The term ‘music’ generally refers to the use of sounds produced by the most diverse sources. To instantly and wholeheartedly feel the effects of music, the book invites you to try the exercises included.
