Dead Man's Journey

Archaeologist Nora Kelly and FBI Special Agent Corrie Swanson team up against supernatural foes once more in this exciting thriller from New York Times bestselling authors Preston and Child. Following their investigations in the desert badlands, Nora Kelly assists the FBI once more as Special Agent Swanson's latest macabre case proves more chilling than anyone could have imagined. When an upside-down skeleton is discovered buried on a New Mexico building site, Nora is called in to analyse the remains. More remains are soon discovered... but this is no modern murder site. These are the burials of women executed as witches in late seventeenth-century Santa Fe. But were these women innocent. or were demonic forces actually at work in the distant past? And if so, what havoc will be wreaked on the Santa Fe of today?
