Chinese characters are the backbone of Mandarin Chinese language. There are thousands of Chinese that most native speakers know. For the students of Mandarin Chinese language, it's highly recommended to master at least 2,000 characters to have a solid reading ability on par with the native Chinese speakers. However, learning characters alone is not enough. You need to learn the words. In this book and the book series, you will be introduced to hundreds of brain games in the form of Chinese word search puzzles. There are a group of words (simplified characters) provided before the puzzles. You will need to find the words in the corresponding table. The characters are placed in the table in four forms: Horizontally (H), Vertically (V), Slanting Up from Left to Right (SULR), and Slanting Down from Left to Right (SDLR). The answers containing the start and end coordinates of the words in the table have been provided in the appendix of the books.
