Easter Sunday

Christianity has had a profound impact on world literature, so many works have artistically embodied both the events of Sacred History and the memory of them - church holidays. There is a large, largely uncollected anthology of Easter works, in the creation of which many Russians participated poets and writers. Easter Sunday is one of such stories, written by the classic of Russian literature Nikolai Vasilyevich Gogol. This work is dedicated to the great bright holiday of Easter.
