The new edition of the volume "International Contract Law 1" sets out to identify, among other things, the consequences of Brexit . The commentary on international currency law (appendix to art. 9 of the Rome I Regulation) examines the impact of most recent international state debt crises as well as the international regulations for combating money laundering, organized crime, the financing of terrorism, and, not least, the Covid-19 pandemic .
