"Then she placed her hands on her hips took a breath and proceeded to do a classic lat spread. Her favourite pose. She pushed her shoulders out and her upper body seemed to expand in size. Her back is sooooo broad, her ripped muscles so defined. Her body narrows down to a lovely narrow waist, making her body look like a huge V. She rolled her shoulders backwards making her muscles jump." "Her butt is tight and her breasts stand high and full. Her skin is glowing....she looks beautiful and radiant. She held her lat spread for a few moments, then took another deep breath and then she clenched her fists and flexed both of her arms, raising them above her shoulder once again making her biceps and triceps swell and grow until they looked like melons under her skin."
