I Am Aparigraha

I AM Aparigraha, Cultivating Aparigraha in Everyday Life is an audio about the 5th Yama of Patanjali´s Yoga Sutras. Aparigraha means nonattachment or renunciation of attachments which makes possible appropriate relationships and prudent use of available resources. In Patanjali's Yoga Sutra (2.39) it says: As attachments are renounced, knowledge of higher realities and cosmic processes is acquired. In this Audio we explain A parigraha and like to share a guided (ca. 6 Min) Meditation "Imagine – I am Aparigraha" Sources: "Seven Lessons in Conscious Living" "The Science of Self-Realization (Patanjali´s Yoga-Sutras)" "How to use Your Creative Imagination" by Roy Eugene Davis © 2020 – Walter Berger, meditiere-einfach.info
