Kleinere Schriften zu Aristoteles

Brentano's short treatises on Aristotle document his ongoing engagement with his philosophical teacher over four decades. The extensive review of Kampes's work on Aristotle's epistemology is reprinted here for the first time. In two treatises, Brentano defends his Creatianist interpretation of Aristotle's theory of the soul against Zeller, while the concluding text from 1911 offers a summary of Aristotle's theology, focusing on his theism.
