Maravillosamente Imperfecto, Escandalosamente Feliz / Wonderfully Imperfect, Outrageously Happy

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION Ten Liberating Premises That Will Radically Transform Your Life Many people fall victim to what Walter Riso calls irrational, perfectionist, or "successful anti-values." These mandates are intended for us to be "men and women who have reached the top 10," that is, exceptional beings in some area, no matter the emotional toll that implies. Publicized and transmitted precepts that become a form of cruel and unjustified self-demand, or the search for an exhausting and irrational "psychological perfection". A useless suffering that settles and takes root in our minds, with the consent and premeditation of a culture obsessed with the "winners" and the "outstanding". This book teaches us to rebel against those commands and promote unconditional and unapologetic self-acceptance. Their motto, even if lovers of excellence go into crisis, is categorical: you can be outrageously happy in the midst of your wonderful imperfection. Personal fulfillment is not in being the "best", but in fully enjoying what you do.
