National Security

Air Force veteran, special agent, and highly trained killer, Jericho Quinn is a man of contradictions, combining brute strength and razor-sharp intelligence. In this propulsive novel for fans of Vince Flynn, Brad Thor, and Tom Clancy, New York Times bestselling author and former U.S. Marshal Marc Cameron introduces readers to the "compelling, never-give-an-inch hero" (Booklist) who is the only line of defense against a devastating biological weapon. The explosion at a suburban Colorado shopping mall is unthinkable in its magnitude. But it pales in scope compared to what is coming next. An airborne virus has been developed-an Ebola variant that is highly contagious, indiscriminate, unstoppable. Three Middle Eastern terrorists are bringing it to the United States. They are human time bombs ready to be unleashed, prepared to die in order to annihilate millions. Fighting an adversary like this from within requires a new kind of weapon. Meet Special Agent Jericho Quinn. A trained assassin of unparalleled skill, he's hand-picked for a new global task force that, officially, does not exist. Quinn answers only to the Director of National Intelligence and the U.S. President himself. This enemy cannot be underestimated. They're already here, on American soil, awaiting only the perfect moment to strike. For one of them, the mission is deeply personal. They have anticipated everything-except for a damaged, indomitable adversary who knows no limits and no fear: Jericho Quinn.
