'Peka Medalu & Chaduvukuna Kamala: Marriage is a holy institution for many. In the current time, marriage has become an easy process but 30-40 years ago, Marriage is a big thing, especially for women. Women had to make a lot of sacrifices, end their education, give up their dreams to take care of husband, in-laws, and children.In such a situation, what did 'Bhanu' do? is presented in 'Peka Medalu' while how did 'Kamala' look at Marriage is presented in 'Chaduvukunna Kamala'. Ranganayakamma penned both the stories. The interesting aspect is her comments in the end about how she felt when she read the stories after so many years. She criticized herself like how she does others.
