Pulling the Goalie

A championship-winning goalie agrees to train a Hollywood actress for her breakout role, hoping it will help her overcome a fear of returning to the ice after a nasty injury-until sparks start flying, in this sapphic hockey romance for fans of Rachel Reid. Amy 'Teddy' Tedescu is coming off a championship winning season as the goalie for the Boston Wicked. She should be riding a high and training harder than ever for next season. Instead, her arm is in a sling thanks to a nasty, violent collision during the final playoff game. Teddy's terrified to get back on the ice-and even more terrified to admit that to her teammates, or worse, to herself. Anne Montclair has been a Hollywood actress for as long as she can remember. A child star who built a career in television, she transitioned to the silver screen through romcoms and summer blockbusters. But the public has credited her success to her famous parents, and she's hungry to prove to the world that she has real talent. When Anne has the chance to play a hockey goalie in an awardsy biopic, she jumps at the chance. And she knows exactly who she wants as her coach. Teddy needs a way back onto the ice, one that won't leave her paralyzed with fear. Anne needs a hockey champion to help take her film career to the next level. But when love gets thrown into the mix, suddenly their goals don't seem so simple. . . For fans of. . .
