Pumpkin Spice & Prophecies

When a Halloween prophecy predicts romance, two sparring co-hosts must uncover whether love is a trick or a treat. As co-host of The Unexplained Files, I spend most of my time arguing with Harrison, my infuriatingly skeptical partner-in-podcasting crime, who never fails to remind me that I'm chaos wrapped in pumpkin spice. Our job? Dive into spooky legends and paranormal lore, then let the audience decide what to believe. This Halloween, we're headed to a small New England town famous for its pumpkin festival and enough haunted ghost stories to make Harrison roll his eyes straight out of his head. What I didn't expect was the town psychic prophesying that one kiss before All Hallows' Eve would change everything for me. The internet went wild, our producer smelled ratings, and suddenly, I was encouraged to play up a romance with the local pumpkin patch's golden boy, but the whole thing feels like a Halloween rom-com gone wrong. Meanwhile, Harrison seems more rattled than usual; probably because we're stuck sharing the haunted inn's honeymoon suite. It's all a little too much for my ADHD brain to handle (chronic overthinker here). The more I try to figure out this prophecy, the more my heart insists it's about the one man who drives me absolutely mad...on and off the mic. Could this Halloween prophecy really be pointing Shaunie toward the skeptic she swore she'd never fall for?
