Rose & Lies: I Accidentally Seduced the Knight I Hate (Light Novel)

A spicy romantasy light novel featuring an enemies-to-lovers relationship between a former crown princess and an obsessive second of the rival Ducal family that blooms from an accidental confession! Roselia was born and raised to be the next crown princess...until Hildegard was chosen for the position instead. Ordered by her father, Roselia is to drug Hildegard with an aphrodisiac and have her spend a night with the prince's head guard knight, Rolf. Unable to betray her own conscience, Roselia tries to back out of the plan...but after being snared by another ploy, Roselia ends up drinking the aphrodisiac in front of Rolf! Unfortunately, being born to rival families, Roselia and Rolf are meant to be enemies, not lovers. Despite her reluctance to follow through with her father's plans, Roselia knows how dangerous it will be if anyone finds out the truth. In a desperate attempt to protect her family, Roselia resorts to a risky lie. "I love you." To her surprise, Rolf replies with a heartfelt confession. "I've always loved you, too." The two are bound by a love that starts with a lie and an obsessive longing that haunts them.
