Only when she got to know herself in all facets with shadow sides, all her acquired beliefs and found her loving Core, there was room for deep insights. Only then was a definitive change possible. The insights she shares are applicable to everyone who struggles with her or his excess weight. It is time that we look at excess weight with different eyes.
