Devotion to breath as the key to our inner forces is impressively illustrated in this collection of writings by and about the Dutch breathing teacher Cornelis Veening (1895–1976). This volume contains newly published texts, facsimiles of Veening’s correspondence, and photos of the author, a pioneer in his field who was active in various places in Europe during his lifetime. In the 1930s, Veening pioneered his own method that is comprehensively documented in the book.
