Meyer, P: Kryolipolyse zur Behandlung von Adipositas

Cryolipolysis has been an alternative to the treatment of adiposity through the cooling of adipose tissue. In a noninvasive way, with the proximity of -5 ° C and -15 ° C, they induce panniculitis in a place where the death of adipocytes occurs through their apoptosis. Cryolipolysis is performed through a device with the two cooling levers that are coupled to the skin by means of cups of varying sizes that pull an adipose area. The fat suction is made through the action of the vacuum. This suction is responsible for the temperature drop in the country of the region, suffering the temperature drop. The cooling promoted by the lipid plaques in the adipocytes. Then, the lipids are crystallized and are no longer used as a source of energy, causing the death of the adipocytes. The body initiates an inflammatory response that can last for approximately 3 months, which is the process of adipocyte outflow. Therefore, it is a new aesthetic treatment, with scientific evidence, widely used in the routine of professionals seeking reduction of adipose tissue. This work seeks to clarify more information about the use and care in applications of cryolipolysis on adipose tissue.
